Support Made Simple
Guiding families through the complexity of education, health, disability and care with clarity, compassion and structure.
Making SEND easier to manage for families
SEND Navigator is a new web app being piloted to help families manage the paperwork, deadlines and admin that come with SEND. We're opening 100 founding spots for families who want to co-design this WITH us.
If you are juggling reports, emails, appointments and statutory timelines often across education, health and care, SEND Navigator is designed to bring all of that into one place, so it’s easier to stay on top of what’s happening and what needs attention.
We are inviting 100 founding families to co-design SEND Navigator with us. Limited spots available.

Why SEND Navigator exists
Managing SEND often means becoming the organiser for everything. Documents are spread across inboxes and folders. Deadlines are easy to miss. Important emails go unanswered. Reports are hard to understand and time-consuming to read.
There isn’t a single place where families can keep everything together or clearly see what’s coming next.
SEND Navigator was created to solve this practical problem. It focuses on organisation, visibility and clarity, so families don’t have to hold the whole system in their heads.
What the pilot includes
Families in the pilot will get early access to the SEND Navigator web app.
The pilot version focuses on three core areas:
- SEND document management, where you can upload and store EHCPs, reports, assessments, letters and emails in one secure place, all organised and easy to find.
- Timeline and deadline tracking, so key dates like EHCP reviews, decision deadlines, appointments and follow-ups are visible in one place, rather than scattered across calendars and inboxes.
- Ask Jamie, an in-app AI co-pilot that helps you understand reports, clarify SEND terminology, draft routine emails and work out what usually happens next in SEND processes. Ask Jamie supports understanding and organisation.
The pilot is about testing whether these tools genuinely make SEND easier to manage in real family life.

How the pilot works
During the pilot, families will use SEND Navigator to upload documents, track key dates and explore Ask Jamie as part of their day-to-day SEND admin.
Feedback from families will be used to improve how the app works, what feels helpful, and what needs changing before wider release. The focus is on usability, simplicity and reducing mental load.
You do not need to be “good with tech” to take part.
Who the pilot is for
The pilot is suitable for families who are currently navigating SEND, whether that’s early stages, ongoing support, or an EHCP process.
You do not need to have everything organised already. SEND Navigator is designed for families who feel overwhelmed by the admin, not those who have it all under control.
